Return Policy

At Elite Pools, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your prefab pool, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition and packaging. Customized or made-to-order pools are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during delivery. To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team with proof of purchase. Once approved, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or sent in error. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. We also request customers to inspect their products at the time of delivery and report any damage within 48 hours. Order cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placement without any charges; cancellations after that may incur a fee depending on the production stage.
